Steward Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead our stewarding team. The ideal candidate must ensure strict hygiene standards, proper sanitation of kitchen equipment, and waste management while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise & Train the stewarding team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Ensure strict hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Monitor and maintain proper handling, sanitation, and storage of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Oversee and manage cleaning chemicals and tools, ensuring safe and proper usage.
• Implement and enforce food safety and HACCP standards.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental and operational guidelines.
• Set and enforce cleaning schedules to maintain kitchen and service area hygiene.
• Report maintenance issues related to dishwashing equipment, floors, and drainage systems.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in stewarding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

✔ Extensive knowledge of kitchen cleaning chemicals, tools, and their proper use.

✔ Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the stewarding team.

✔ Familiarity with sanitation regulations, food safety, and HACCP standards.

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
