We are looking for a Steward Supervisor to lead our central kitchen stewarding team. The role ensures hygiene, safety, and smooth operations across all kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding staff and daily cleaning routines.
• Maintain sanitation standards and food safety compliance.
• Oversee proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor supplies and request replenishments.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Coordinate with chefs and management during peak operations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Steward Supervisor in hotels, resorts, or central kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and equipment handling.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts and busy periods.
