Public Area Supervisor (5-Star Luxury Resort)

A well reputed 5-star resort is looking for a Public Area Supervisor with over 5 years of Housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel/resort.

As our Public Area Supervisor, you will be the guardian of our resort’s visual appeal. You will ensure that every lobby, corridor, restroom, and outdoor space shines with perfection. We are looking for a leader who has mastered the art of luxury cleanliness and is ready to train a team to execute it flawlessly.

Key requirements:

• 5-6 years of Housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel/resort.
• Proven supervisory experience leading a team.
• A passion for perfection and a guest-focused mindset.
• Lead the team responsible for all public spaces (Lobby, Restrooms, Pool area, Corridors).
• Conduct inspections to ensure "Luxury Level" cleanliness at all times.
• Train staff on 5-star protocols and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and deep cleaning schedules.
• Deep understanding of cleaning chemicals,各类 equipment (scrubbers, buffers, carpet cleaners), and proper application techniques.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the role demands.
