Position Overview
Reporting to the Support Manager, our Senior Support understands that Delivery is an extension of retail and is therefore a billboard for the brand. They take pride in effectively executing daily delivery operations from our HQ location to ensure the Company’s success within the recreational cannabis landscape. Our Senior Support are focused on ensuring safety and satisfaction for each delivery order to help create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base.
- Lead a shift by working with Support Associates and other Senior Support to contribute to a positive working environment

Promote an environment and culture that is focused on positive and healthy interactions that align with the Company’s core values

Monitor and direct all routing activities, including tracking and dispatching of customer orders

Optimize delivery routes and manipulate delivery zones in real-time to ensure minimized ETAs

Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by ensuring the quickest and safest experience for all parties involved

Promptly address any issues related to delivery delays, damaged products, or customer concerns

Plan, implement, and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency and compliance with operational requirements and customer procedures

Troubleshoot and resolve any and all driver & customer concerns regarding a Delivery order

Be comfortable navigating our Delivery software so as to troubleshoot any bugs and glitches

Utilize sales data to develop zone-specific strategies, efficiency targets, estimated time of arrival (ETA) goals

Drive order completion goals and increase the number of returning customers

Coordinate with the HUB teams to ensure efficient communication and effective execution

Respond to customer e-mails and other customer issues that involve manager approval

Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results on a daily basis

Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives and procedures

Abide by all company policies and programs

Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
