Position Overview

The Stock Associate is responsible for maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes while

directly supporting the sales floor and our e-commerce presence. This role requires strong attention to

detail, efficiency under pressure, and pride in organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming merchandise
• Maintain a highly organized, clean, and efficient stockroom environment
• Tag, sensor, steam, and prepare product to floor-ready standards
• Photograph incoming merchandise with clarity and consistency for e-commerce listings
• Organize and manage digital product assets for online use (as directed)
• Monitor incoming online orders daily and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
• Prepare, pack, and ship e-commerce orders with attention to presentation and detail
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively support floor replenishment
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
• Support shipment preparation, transfers, and overall operational flow
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient store environment

Qualifications

• Retail or stock experience preferred
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling merchandise with care and precision
• Basic familiarity with product photography (iPhone or camera) preferred
• Ability to lift merchandise and remain on your feet throughout shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven retail environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and industry direction preferred

Full-Time | Weekend availability required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
