Job Purpose:The Stock Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. The role ensures that materials, products, and supplies are stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently to support business operations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in the inventory management system.Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams for incoming and outgoing shipments.Prepare stock reports and update management on inventory status.Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored according to company standards.Verify delivery notes, invoices, and stock transfer documents.Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage area or warehouse.Support in periodic audits and cycle counts as required.Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: 2–4 years of experience in stock, inventory, or warehouse coordination.Skills:Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.Attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.
