Stock Inventory Controller - Field Accountant

A proactive Stock Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory across branches by reconciling physical counts with system data and collaborating with warehouse and finance teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Perpetual physical stock counts during branch visits.
• Reconcile inventory data between physical stock, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and Excel records.
• Review, purchase, sales, and return transactions to ensure alignment with actual stock movement.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Compile and deliver detailed reports on audit findings and stock status.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and accounting teams to maintain data integrity.
• Support month-end closing processes, including inventory costing and analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting and inventory control.
• Strong command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel is advantage.
• High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is Must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
