Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

  • Monitor, update, and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts.
  • Identify stock variances and implement corrective actions.

2. Inward & Outward Coordination

  • Manage inward material receipt, quality checks, and proper documentation.
  • Oversee outward dispatches, packing, and timely delivery coordination.
  • Ensure GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and dispatch records are maintained accurately.

3. Vendor & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams for smooth workflows.
  • Follow up on pending material, delays, or shortages.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain stock registers, MIS reports, and system updates.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
  • Ensure real-time updates in ERP/Excel/Inventory software.

5. Warehouse Management

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the warehouse.
  • Optimize space utilization and improve warehouse efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,813.35 - ₹20,000.00 per month
