Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations, maintaining product availability, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Keep products properly displayed and shelves clean.
• Place daily orders to maintain stock levels.
• Check expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Ensure all products have correct price tags and barcodes.
• Report issues related to chillers, equipment, or inventory.
• Communicate clearly with the team for smooth operations.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers.
• Place discounts on time and reduce dispatch errors.
• Visit the warehouse weekly for stock coordination.
• Help in monthly stock audits and verifications.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS system).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be punctual, honest, and customer-focused.
