Store Administrator Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle
ROLE SUMMARY
The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cash office and provide administrative support to the store management team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The individual must be proficient in identifying and resolving cash discrepancies, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of operational compliance requirements, and ensure all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
ROLE PROFILE
- Assists store management in completion of weekly and monthly audit checklists.
- Ensure operation of office and POS equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining
- Responsible for daily cash banking and balancing of all monies received on daily basis.
- Update DSR to be sent to finance highlighting any discrepancies.
- Act as custodian for the petty cash and cash float of the store.
- Ensure all in store equipment is working to the standards required to give the best experience to our customers.
- Accountable for reporting any issues related to system, standards, digital platforms, Facility management to the concern department and follow up until it is solved.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies, anticipating changes in requirements and ensuring that the stocks are maintained within budget.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Certificate
- 2 years retail, cash handling and secretarial experience
- Good Communication Skills
