Responsibilities:
The Store Asset Protection Agent will reduce shrink by detecting, deterring, apprehending, and prosecuting shoplifters.

- Detects, deters, apprehends, and prosecutes shoplifters.
- Secures and maintains proper chain of custody of evidence.
- Documents cases in written reports.
- Testifies in court proceedings.
- Operates in a manner that minimizes civil liability.
- Makes schedule according to specific store needs.
- Addresses loss prevention issues in stores in order to prevent and/or resolve potential problems.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Must be able to handle highly stressful situations.
- Should possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Should exhibit good analytical skills, and be self-motivated.
- Should be able to work with minimal supervision.
