Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store/warehouse related to facade and cladding materials (e.g., aluminum panels, glass systems, brackets, fixings, insulation, etc.)
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using [mention software if any, e.g., ERP, SAP].
- Coordinate material dispatch to project sites in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and project management teams.
- Supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the store area.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock status and store activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or Store Manager, preferably in the facade or construction materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems and cladding materials is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead a small team and manage workloads effectively.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
