<Job Summary>
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Retail Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other business services while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and values providing top-tier customer service

<Duties>

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and mailbox services
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Process shipments through carriers such as UPS, USPS, and others
• Perform printing, copying, and document services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Manage multiple tasks while staying attentive to detail
• Follow store procedures and company guidelines

<Requirements>

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Weekend availability required

<Experience>

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Experience with shipping, printing, or office services is a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
