About the Role

Raw is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista & Store Associate to join our team. The role includes preparing coffee, assisting customers, managing product sales, and supporting the daily operations of the store.

Responsibilities

* Opening and preparing the store for daily operations

* Preparing coffee and beverages

* Assisting customers and providing a welcoming experience

* Explaining and selling Raw products

* Managing cashier and checkout processes

* Restocking products and maintaining store organization

* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards

* Supporting the team with day-to-day store tasks

Requirements

* Friendly and professional attitude

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Responsible, punctual, and organized

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Previous barista or retail experience is a plus

* Interest in coffee, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD200.000 - KD400.000 per month
