Job Requirements

Are you handy with tools, love variety in your day, and want to be part of a company that invests in you? Join our Travel Store Conversion team, where you’ll evaluate, prepare, and maintain job sites, take on repairs, renovations, and carpentry projects like building store fixtures and displays, and support other trades along the way.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and renovate store interiors: light framing, flooring, painting, basic drywall, and finish work
  • Install retail fixtures and structures (gondolas, walls, cash wraps, door frames, greenhouses)
  • Assist with demolition, clean-outs, and site preparation
  • Operate equipment (forklift training provided) and follow OSHA standards
  • Work closely with merchandising and vendor teams to execute and support conversion plans
  • Travel to stores across our region (overnights required; 3–4 nights/week in some cases)


Travel and overnight stays required, working on-site during the day.


Work Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of construction, carpentry, or related experience (preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable with travel 75–100% and overnight stays (up to 4 nights/week) expected
  • Valid driver’s license, clean Motor Vehicle record, and at least 21 years old
  • Able to lift 80lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours, and use standard tools
  • Self-starter with problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to complete physical tasks, including walking, standing, lifting, reaching, crouching, and identifying colors
