The client is looking to hire a Store Executive for their team at Khobar, Saudi Arabia.


The Store Executive will be responsible for handling the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, electrical components, and finished goods. The role requires attention to detail, inventory management skills, and coordination with the purchase and production teams to ensure smooth material flow for timely project execution.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Material Handling & Storage
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials such as PLCs, relays, MCBs, terminal blocks, cables, etc.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of components in designated areas.


  • Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/software or manual systems.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of materials.


  • Issue & Dispatch
  • Issue materials to the production team as per the Bill of Materials (BOM) and work orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics for the dispatch of finished control panels and goods.


  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and stock registers.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.


  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive electrical components.
  • Adhere to 5S practices and safety standards in the store area.


  • Coordination
  • Liaise with purchase, production, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Follow up with suppliers for pending deliveries or discrepancies.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in Electrical / Electronics / Stores Management).
  • 0-2 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in an electrical or control panel manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or inventory management software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Busy).
  • Understanding of basic electrical components and control panel parts.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
