Job Title: Store Incharge

Location: Karnal Office

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage our inventory and store operations at our Karnal office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock records, ensuring proper storage, handling inward/outward material, and supporting site/project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Issue materials to sites/departments as per requirements against proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports of stock movement.
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure quality checks at the time of receipt.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the store area.
• Support management in audits and compliance.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in any field
• 3–5 years of experience in store/inventory management (construction/building material background preferred).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
