The Store In -Charge at TSS Advertising is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate ensures the store runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing effective inventory management procedures.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Supervising the receiving, inspection, and storage of goods.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with purchasing teams to ensure adequate supply.
• Managing the organization and cleanliness of the storage area.
• Handling any issues related to inventory discrepancies or damages.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments or suppliers to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments or store locations as needed.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the store and display areas.
• Arrange for repair or maintenance as needed.
• Assist in budget planning and management of expenses.
• Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of goods and materials to the site.
• ERP system price revision to be updated in Odoo understanding the latest price changes.

Qualification and Experience

Any UG/PG graduation is mandatory.

• Proven experience as store in charge or similar managerial role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
