- Oversee and manage all inventory and store operations.
- Monitor stock levels, track usage, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports and reconciliations.
- Handle procurement orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for material requirements.
- Maintain storage areas for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Support cost-control measures and assist with monthly audits.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field will be a plus).
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory or store management (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
