  • Oversee and manage all inventory and store operations.
  • Monitor stock levels, track usage, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports and reconciliations.
  • Handle procurement orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for material requirements.
  • Maintain storage areas for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
  • Support cost-control measures and assist with monthly audits.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

  • Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field will be a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory or store management (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
