Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Storekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a well-stocked and orderly store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of materials, parts, and equipment against purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Issue materials and supplies based on requisitions and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Ensure all inventory is properly stored, labeled, and organized.
  • Monitor stock levels, report low inventory to the purchasing department, and assist with reordering.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with inventory records.
  • Manage returns and damaged goods, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  • Follow all safety and compliance guidelines for handling and storing materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.Com) is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage physical tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
