We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against delivery notes and invoices
  • Inspect materials for damage and report shortages or defects immediately
  • Store items in proper locations with correct labeling and identification
  • Issue materials only with approved material request forms
  • Maintain stock records in Excel or ERP system and update daily transactions
  • Monitor stock levels and inform Purchase Department when stock is low
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and prepare stock reports
  • Maintain proper documentation such as GRN, issue notes, and stock register
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams for smooth operations
  • Keep store clean, safe, and well organized
  • Track tools, equipment, and site material transfers
  • Follow company safety rules and prevent loss or misuse of materials

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience as Storekeeper (construction/company store preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP software)
  • Good record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle materials safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
