Store Keeper

Summary-:

Storekeeper provides shipping and receiving support and will work closely with the facility in all aspects of spare parts, inventory, low value procurement, and materials management functions.

Roles & Responsibilities-:

Regular MTR Review & Filing-:

· Printing MTR’s coming from CSR, releasing it in BC after the picking is done.

· Items picking and checking as per MTR

Filing MTR per month for record keeping and tracking.

Assembling & Dismantling Reporting-:

· Making Assembly Order to make Recon in the system, preparing all the parts that technician needs, posting in Assembly Order, making MTR to deduct the quantity in inventory and transfer it to assembly.

· Dismantling core parts (Injector and Pump) in BC as per CSR’s needs.

· Reporting to Concerned Authority for any discrepancies and damage items.

Orders reviewing and Related Actions-:

· Checking and receiving orders, Local and Overseas.

· Doing Warehouse Receipt, Local and Overseas Orders.

· Process Warehouse Receipt and Binning.

Local Orders: For Work Order (direct purchase of Drivers in Sharjah)

· Process Warehouse Receipt and inform CSR to make MTR to release the parts.

For Consumables or Fixed Assets (direct purchase of Drivers in Sharjah)

Process Warehouse Receipt and release.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
