Store Keeper

• Handling invoices for data entry or supervisors for recording to the system.
• Load and unload supplies in industrial area store as it is his responsibility.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including cleaning, proper storing, displaying, proper coding, and labeling all supplies in industrial area.
• Inspect received orders for damage or discrepancies; report those to supply chain manager.
• Transferee stock between industrial area store, main store, and sub stores.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all invoices, issuing copies to confirm proper stock and control.
• Report stock shortages or excess or near expiry in industrial area to supply chain.
• Handling, receiving documentation and orders to M.O.P.H, Hamad hospital, airport etc.
• Maintain hospital car maintenance, cleaning, and license regulation.
• Coordinate with the store staff to handle issues to different departments and clinics.
• Follow all guidelines and policies related to medicines, vaccines storage and transferee.
• Managing duty time effectively.

· Additional responsibilities as directed by the Management.
