Responsibilities

• Inventory and stock management:
• Receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Ensuring minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinating with procurement and suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Store operations:
• Overseeing day-to-day store operations.
• Managing staff, including scheduling and supervision.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implementing and maintaining safety and security procedures.
• Logistics and coordination:
• Managing the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinating with other departments like production and accounts.
• Preparing necessary documentation for shipments and transfers.
