At Decathlon Turkey , as a Store Leader Trainee , you will lead your own team and manage your store with both freedom and responsibility. You will guide your store's performance and support your team's development.

Your Responsibilities

🧑 🤝 🧑 Team Building & Talent Development

Build a team that shares your passion for sports, involve them in projects, and support their growth through ongoing training and learning opportunities.

🛍️ Commercial & Sales Management

Design commercial strategies, optimize store layout, and apply creative sales techniques. Strengthen customer relationships across both physical and digital channels to boost store performance.

📦 Supply & Operations Management

Oversee supply processes to ensure the right products reach the right customer at the right time—efficiently and effectively.

💬 Customer Experience & Engagement

Understand customer needs, build strong engagement through clear communication, and enhance satisfaction and loyalty at every touchpoint.

🌱 Sustainability & Safety

Prioritize environmental responsibility, promote sustainable practices, and ensure a safe environment for both your team and customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in store management or in a role requiring leadership skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Experience in customer relations and sales management
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
• English proficiency at B1 level or above, with active usage
• Mobile and flexible to take on responsibilities in different cities
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Committed to supporting personal and professional development
• Able to connect sports and business
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ownership
