Job Summary:
The Store & Logistic Executive will be responsible for managing inventory, handling dispatch operations, coordinating logistics, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting smooth day-to-day store activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management

  • Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Ensure accurate stock entry in ERP and maintain daily stock updates.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

  • Coordinate with transporters for pickup, delivery, and tracking of shipments.
  • Prepare packing lists, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
  • Follow up with transport agencies for timely delivery and POD collection.

Material Handling & Documentation

  • Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for all incoming materials.
  • Verify material quality/quantity against purchase orders.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the production team for material issuance and requirements.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Purchase, Production, and Sales teams for order planning.
  • Provide material availability updates to the concerned departments.
  • Support the sales team with dispatch-related customer queries.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and dispatch reports.
  • Track logistics costs and provide analysis to management.
  • Highlight stock shortages, pending dispatches, and operational gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably B. Com / BBA / Supply Chain / Logistics).
  • 1–3 years of experience in store or logistics operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of packaging, dispatch procedures, and logistics coordination.

Package

As per company norms / industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
