Store Manager

Muscat, Oman

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Service

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong customer relationships and loyalty.

3. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain performance standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stock loss.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and head office for timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure proper display and merchandising of products.

5. Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor cash handling and financial transactions accurately.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.

6. Marketing & Visual Merchandising

  • Implement and oversee promotional campaigns within the store.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
  • Suggest creative ideas to attract more customers and boost sales.

7. Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare and share sales, inventory, and staff performance reports with management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report insights to management.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve sellout.
  • Identify new business opportunities, promotions, and upselling strategies.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers and train staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RO250.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
