Store Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will also handle inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service, ensuring that the store meets sales targets and provides a positive shopping experience.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
