Store Manager

Hello,

We are looking for Store Manager.

Location: Kalyan, Mumbai.

Education/ Formal Qualification Graduate or Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft skills etc.) -Must be experienced in using ERP software for inventory and stock management.

Knowledge and Experience (Total work experience and job-related relevant experience) -Excellent Communication Skill.

4-6 yrs work experience preferable construction or malloperations storekeeping

Responsibilities

§ Manage inward and outward movement of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

§ Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely reporting to project and procurement teams.

§ Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software.

§ Monitor inventory levels to prevent material shortages or overstocking.

§ Coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, and contractors for material planning, issuance, and returns.

§ Ensure safe and organized storage of all site materials.

§ Oversee logistics and track delivery schedules from suppliers/vendors.

§ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

§ Track delivery of construction materials and ensure proper unloading, stacking, and safety.

§ Monitor daily stock levels and submit usage/consumption reports regularly.

§ Support audits and reconcile physical vs. system stock.

§ Coordinate with local Matadi teams for unloading and safe shifting of materials.

§ Ensure equipment is stored properly until moved to the play area.

§ Supervise the loading/unloading process and ensure materials are not damaged in transit.

§ Maintain ERP-based records of inward stock, vendor deliveries, and asset movements.

§ Assist the operations team with regular tracking of play zone equipment and supplies.
