Store Manager (Pop-up & Luxury Beauty Store)

coolRed Cactus is currently seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a series of pop-up shops in KSA and our first luxury beauty store in Riyadh. The role focuses on coaching and development of frontline teams and delivering exceptional customer service with operational excellence.

Location: Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, recruitment, operational management, and inventory management. The manager will create and execute an agile business plan to attract customers through customer centricity and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit best-in-class team members to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Manage store operations to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights to maximize stock potential.
• Coach the sales team regularly to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example on the sales floor.
• Maintain staffing levels consistent with operational needs; prepare schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Account for seasonal peaks and activities in forecasts and staff rotas.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and in store events in coordination with regional management.
• Manage store inventory and stock levels, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
• Maintain operational excellence in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
• Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and key performance indicators.
• Retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a sense of business acumen.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
