We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the complete operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, staff management, inventory control, customer service, and ensuring overall store efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store profitability
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalations
  • Supervise, train, and monitor store staff performance
  • Prepare weekly rosters and manage staff attendance
  • Handle GRN, stock audits, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store hygiene
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily deposit reports
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for management review

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role in the retail industry
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of store operations, inventory systems, and POS
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
