Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Location: Bengaluru.

• Oversee daily operations including store opening/closing, cash handling, sales performance, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Manage staffing needs: hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and developing team capabilities.
• Drive store performance against key metrics—sales targets, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover, shrinkage control.
• Ensure attractive, on-brand visual merchandising and store layout.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, maintaining top-tier satisfaction.
• Enforce store policies and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, health & safety regulations, and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure stock levels align with demand and promotions.
• Generate regular reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and operational performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for cost-efficiency and enhanced customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
