STORE MANAGER

Job Summary

Sama Engineering is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all store and inventory operations. The role is fully responsible for proper receiving, safe storage, and authorized issuance of materials, ensuring accurate records and smooth coordination with production and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle receiving of all materials with proper documentation (PO, delivery challan, GRN).
• Verify quantity and quality of received materials before acceptance.
• Ensure material issuance strictly against approved requisitions or work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in registers and/or ERP systems.
• Control stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of materials.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance in the store area.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in store or inventory management (engineering/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of material receiving, issuance, and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP or inventory software is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
