Store Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations at Vanitham Margin Free Supermarket, Karunagappally. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, retail management skills, and a passion for team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete store operations, including inventory, staff supervision, and customer experience.
• Drive sales performance, manage shrinkage, and ensure profitability.
• Schedule staff shifts, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Ensure store hygiene, safety protocols, and cleanliness are upheld.
• Manage billing accuracy, cash handling, and the POS system.
• Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to management.
• Implement company promotions, policies, and visual merchandising.
• Onboard and train new staff; support development of existing team members.
• Should be willing to work between 9:30 AM to 07:30PM - Full time

Qualifications & Skills

• Plus Two / Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong team leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, MS Office
• Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,800.00 per month
