Store Manager (On-site – New Delhi)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
• Supervise, train, and guide store staff
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
• Handle inventory management, stock control, and ordering
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
• Prepare daily sales reports and operational records
• Provide regular updates and reports to management

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities
• Knowledge of retail sales and inventory management
• Basic computer skills (billing systems, reports, Excel preferred)

Education

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
