Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing staff performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment.
- Sales & Performance:
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Analyze sales reports and adjust operations accordingly.
- Develop promotions and initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Staff Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated complaints effectively.
- Implement customer feedback strategies to improve the shopping experience.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain health, safety, and security regulations within the store.
- Ensure all financial transactions and records are accurate and secure.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and sales analysis.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or retail management is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and handle stock when needed.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
