Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the store efficiently and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing the store team, and maintaining high operational standards to achieve the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store.

Supervise, guide, and support the store team to ensure high performance.

Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.

Ensure proper product display and store organization.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking when needed.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail management or sales (1–3 years preferred).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.

High level of commitment and professionalism.
