About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Store Manager
to lead the operations of a high-performing jewellery boutique in Bahrain. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep understanding of
22K, 18k gold and diamond jewellery
, and a proven track record in managing premium retail environments.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

Maintain optimum stock levels and manage inventory accuracy.

Handle customer concerns with professionalism to drive loyalty and retention.

Manage store performance reports, KPIs, and operational workflows.

Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with Head Office for marketing initiatives, promotions, and operational updates.
Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in jewellery retail
, with at least 2–3 years in a
Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
role.

Strong exposure to
gold jewellery retailing, diamonds, or traditional gold product categories
.

Experience in GCC or high-volume jewellery stores is an advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Strong customer service orientation with ability to engage diverse customer profiles.

Fluency in
English
; proficiency in
Hindi and/or Arabic
is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
