We are seeking a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, manage staff, and maintain store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to meet sales goals
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with head office and other store managers on promotions and campaigns
