Store Manager and Design Consultant

We are dedicated to providing high-end custom window treatments, fabrics, custom bedding, drapery hardware, furniture upholstery, delivering a personalized experience for every client.

The Role

We are seeking a Store Manager / Design Consultant in our Downtown Showroom in Manhattan to manage day-to-day operations, consult with clients both in-store and in-home to transform their homes and workspaces.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead consultations in-store and in-home and manage client projects from concept to completion.
• Work with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements and budget to guide them to select their custom window treatments, fabrics, drapery hardware, furniture upholstery, glass, mirror, and shower doors.
• Generate new business through referrals, repeat clientele, and networking.
• Direct daily operations and maintain organized systems.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and company owners to ensure project accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is reliable with a pleasant and welcoming personality.
• Proven sales record in the Design industry.
• Passion for Interior Design.
• Extensive knowledge of custom bedding, fabrics, and window treatments is required.
• Strong computer skills; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage projects and schedules autonomously.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Professional interpersonal skills for high-end client interaction.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission.
