Job Purpose
To oversee the daily store operations, ensure achievement of sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead the store team while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities

Store Operations:

Supervise all daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams for replenishment.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Sales & Performance:
-
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and implement action plans to boost performance.

Team Management:
-
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated complaints professionally.

Build strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

Visual Merchandising:
-
Maintain store layout and visual standards in line with brand guidelines.

Implement promotional and seasonal displays effectively.

Reporting & Administration:
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

Manage store expenses and ensure adherence to budget.
-
Implement loss prevention and stock control procedures.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager exclusively in the perfume industry (mandatory).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and retail KPIs.

Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
-
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
