Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in F&B or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive results
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for quality and service
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE IN POS & ERP
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations including staff management, customer service, inventory, and sales
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-tier hospitality and product quality
- Ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet sales and cost targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and head office teams to execute promotions and initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
