Store Manager for Specialty Coffee Shop & Restaurant

Doha, Qatar

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in F&B or hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and restaurant operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive results
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for quality and service
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE IN POS & ERP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations including staff management, customer service, inventory, and sales
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-tier hospitality and product quality
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any issues promptly
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet sales and cost targets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing and head office teams to execute promotions and initiatives
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Supervisory / Managerial: 3 years (Required)
