Store Manager – Mobile Retail Store
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to lead our mobile retail store client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. A strong background in mobile retail, electronics, or telecom is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management:
Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
Drive mobile device, accessory, and service plan sales.
Monitor sales performance and create strategies to increase productivity.
Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
Set performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Create a motivating environment to drive individual and team performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Promote customer loyalty programs and after-sales support.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising:
Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for product availability.
Ensure store layout and displays meet brand and promotional standards.
Ensure the store complies with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain security and cleanliness standards.
Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail; mobile retail experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
