Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our sports store. As a Store Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of our store, ensuring its smooth operation and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a particular emphasis on sporting goods. You will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded, inventory is managed effectively, and the store provides an inviting shopping environment. Your leadership will motivate the team to maintain high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements
