As the Store Manager you will lead the boutique to achieve commercial excellence, elevate CRM, and build a high-performing team that embodies the brand's spirit within the dynamic environment in store.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition's activity
- Propose ways to improve the business: in store merchandizing, opening hours, product mix
- Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report
- Be present on the shop floor to generate sales and handle VIP customers
- Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs
- Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints
- Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements
- Supervise replenishment process, inventory, and coordinate with back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing and merchandising team
- Coordinate with Mall Management on promotions, permits, security
- Manage, engage and delegate the responsibilities of the team, conduct appraisal and coaching
- Reconcile daily reports with Accounting Department; ensure accurate POS and finger scan machine
- Prepare, discuss and set staff monthly objectives; supervise stock transfers, present feedback
Your Profile
- Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique for at least 3 years, ideally in luxury footwear and leather goods.
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and passion for delivering world class customer experiences.
- Deep understanding of CRM, luxury clientele and evolving luxury retail trends.
- Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
