As the Store Manager you will lead the boutique to achieve commercial excellence, elevate CRM, and build a high-performing team that embodies the brand's spirit within the dynamic environment in store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition's activity
  • Propose ways to improve the business: in store merchandizing, opening hours, product mix
  • Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report
  • Be present on the shop floor to generate sales and handle VIP customers
  • Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs
  • Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints
  • Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements
  • Supervise replenishment process, inventory, and coordinate with back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing and merchandising team
  • Coordinate with Mall Management on promotions, permits, security
  • Manage, engage and delegate the responsibilities of the team, conduct appraisal and coaching
  • Reconcile daily reports with Accounting Department; ensure accurate POS and finger scan machine
  • Prepare, discuss and set staff monthly objectives; supervise stock transfers, present feedback
Your Profile
  • Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique for at least 3 years, ideally in luxury footwear and leather goods.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and passion for delivering world class customer experiences.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, luxury clientele and evolving luxury retail trends.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
