STORE MANAGER (WARE HOUSE) - FMCG

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control
• Implement health and safety procedures in line with regulations
• Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery times, and stock turnover
• Manage budgets, maintenance, and warehouse equipment

Skills and qualifications

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or engineering
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Understanding of inventory management principles
• Familiarity with local import/export laws and customs procedures
• Ability to handle physical and administrative demands
• Certification in logistics or supply chain (e.g., APICS, CILT) is a plus
