Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Brand

Armada Retail Concept is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead one of our premium women’s fashion stores in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This role requires a strong retail leader who can manage a large-format store and lead a team of 10+ employees, while ensuring exceptional customer experience, strong sales performance, and the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10+ sales associates and supervisors to achieve store targets.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.
• Manage staff scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Identify and develop talent within the team.

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor key retail KPIs such as conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and staff productivity.
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize store performance.
• Customer Experience
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey aligned with the standards of a premium women’s fashion brand.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising reflect the brand’s identity and standards.
• Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing, and premium store environment.
• Ensure product availability and proper stock display.

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, stock management, cash handling, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures.
• Coordinate with Head Office teams (Operations, HR, VM, and Supply Chain) for smooth store operations.

Requirements

• 5 years of retail experience, with 2+ years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Experience in women’s fashion or premium fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and high-volume stores.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive sales performance and achieve retail KPIs.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (required).
