Role Summary

The Listing Manager will lead and oversee all listing operations within their assigned territory, ensuring seamless execution from onboarding to closure. This senior role requires a highly experienced real estate professional with deep knowledge of the UAE market, strong leadership capability, and a proven track record in managing high-volume listings, teams, and compliance processes.

With a minimum of 5 years of UAE real estate listing experience, the Listing Manager will be responsible for strategic oversight, team performance, listing quality, and stakeholder relationships while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and approve all property listings across MLS and major portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely updates, and market-aligned content
  • Establish and maintain structured trackers and databases for active, upcoming, and closed listings; ensure daily availability reports are generated in Excel and PDF formats
  • Manage the full listing lifecycle, including onboarding, pricing coordination, marketing readiness, and status updates
  • Provide strategic support to agents on property sourcing, negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Review and oversee preparation of offer letters, MOUs, contracts, Tawtheeq generation, handover forms, permits, NOCs, and all related documentation
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and key market stakeholders to drive consistent listing acquisition
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the listing coordination team; allocate responsibilities, set KPIs, ensure accountability, and drive performance excellence
  • Ensure full market coverage within the assigned territory and maintain high responsiveness and service standards across the team
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity; recommend and implement optimization strategies for listings and marketing approaches
  • Produce and present daily, weekly, and monthly management reports covering listings performance, pipeline status, deal conversion, and portfolio analytics
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems and property portals for accurate listing, client, and transaction data management
  • Uphold professional, consistent, and high-quality client communication at all stages, representing Oia Properties with integrity and excellence

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UAE real estate listings, operations, or listing management
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and overseeing high-volume listing portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, Tawtheeq, contracts, NOCs, permits, and compliance requirements
  • Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, MLS platforms, Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of compliance awareness and operational discipline
