Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations for interior fit out materials and tools.
- Maintain proper inventory records for:
- MEP materials
- Hardware items
- Electrical items
- Carpentry materials
- Glass & aluminum materials
- Site tools and equipment
- Monitor stock levels and prepare material requirement reports.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
- Issue materials to project sites with proper documentation.
- Maintain inward/outward stock registers and system records.
- Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and site supervisors.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory checks.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Track tools movement and maintain tools issue records.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as Store Keeper/Store Manager in interior fitout or construction industry.
- Good knowledge of fitout materials and site operations.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple site material requirements.
- UAE experience preferred.
