Store Manager/Sales (Arabic)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the store team to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR, logistics) to support store initiatives and growth.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a store manager or sales manager in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
